|The Stamina Air is suitable for a beginner if he or she just wants to shoot, lose a few pounds and get in shape, but not if you are already rowing or planning to do so. It costs less than $500, putting it at the top of the budget, and compared to other models that cost roughly the same, it performs pretty well.
So let’s look at the situation in detail.
It is called an air rudder because it uses a fan to create resistance against which you can work – the basic principle of the drive. If your muscles can’t handle anything, they’re not very well trained. However, some of our examiners felt that the resistance didn’t show up early enough to give the rowers sufficient training, which meant that our feet or backs couldn’t work hard at it. This is a neutral point that can be avoided on a rowing machine. For aerobic training, this is normal and won’t spoil your experience, but if you’re looking for all the benefits of rowing, it’s not for you.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s great equipment and offers great value for aerobic training mode. It’s also compact enough to fold up for easy storage, doesn’t weigh too much, but feels pretty strong when rowing.
The collection is also quite simple and only took 15 minutes – the other one we tried took much longer!
The price of the chair is comfortable, the operation is smooth and inexpensive unlike other models that cost more. Rowing can sometimes be noisy indoors, but this option is quieter than most and therefore a good choice if you don’t want to disturb your family or if you want to live in an apartment and maintain good relations with your neighbours.

It’s also worth seeing:
There are several pneumatic rowers in this price range. Other machines with comparable prices are the Kettler Kadett or the RW1000 from Lifespan. If you can expand it to an extra $100, the Stamina X Air Rower is a good bet.
It’s not pretty, but it works well. I’ve had it for almost two years now, about five times a week in a row, so I stay in shape with a light workout. Very happy and easily worth it. Janet R. (owner 2 years)
I don’t have a lot of time to train these days, but I wanted something that didn’t take up too much space, so I chose the Air Rower because it looks solid and can be folded as well. I only row actively for 10 to 20 minutes a day, and I think it’s a strong and comfortable rowing machine. I’ve used simulators, and it’s almost as good, but without the fashion programs. William P. It may be normal, but I don’t feel like I’m getting a good education because the resistance may be stronger. That’s why I have to row longer, sometimes up to two hours, to get a good aerobic workout. Oh, and he’s got a dead spot, too. Francis (5 months)
Pretty good car in general. It has a comfortable fit and a solid feel, but what it leaves in the lurch is a dead zone, and it’s all a delay in resistance that spoils all action. Pedro (3 months)
